Patrology -- Works and Compendiums

Thought I’d start a topic, seeings as though I did request this thread

I’m particularly interested in Patrology and was wondering whether there were any compendiums people here might recommend? I know there are some of you out there that have covered this area a bit (I’m looking at you Paidon!). I’m familiar with JND Kelly’s classic work, Early Christian Doctrines but I’m yet to buy it and I’m not entirely sure if it’s particularly thorough. I’m also familiar with Johannes Quasten’s massive 4-Volume “introduction” Patrology and really hope to get through it in this life. Are there any others worth considering? Are these types of compendiums actually worth getting at all, or should one just buy the select works of interest?

Thanks,
Andrew
