That's an interesting discussion. My first thought concerning Calvinism, and children with cancer, is that "IF" the child is one of the unchosen, the nonelect, the praying "Thy Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven" for such a child would result in further torment, pain, and suffering for that child, not in healing or comfort. --- just thinking here.
